During the implementation process, our HR Consultants will ensure that all your current year-to-date payroll data been accurately uploaded into the system and perform a parallel run to ensure consistency. This helps to ensure that your taxes are filed accurately during year end.
How long does it take for hrSG to fully take over my payroll management?
This varies based on how many entities and employees you have. Our onboarding and implementation process includes the following components to ensure accuracy of payroll runs:
  • HR Needs Analysis & Onboarding Session
  • HR Management Software setup based on your company’s HR & payroll processes
  • Data import, wherever necessary
  • Parallel payrun
This process can take between 2 weeks to 2 months.
What if I am already using a HR Management Software to run my payroll?
We have worked with many companies that have converted to our HR Shared Services (HRSS), even after using a HR software to run payroll in-house.

Our HR Consultants will handle the full data migration from your existing HR software to our HR Management Software. From there, we will handle your monthly payroll.

Speak to our team if you prefer to continue with your current HR software provider. There is also the option for our HR Consultants to manage your payroll with your existing HR software.
