Pre-Approved Job Redesign Provider — Up to 50% PSG Funding Support

In partnership with NTUC LearningHub, SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of Job Redesign (JR) Consultancy, up to $30,000.

SMEs may also be eligible for SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to defray up to 90% of the balance out-of-pocket expenses, up to $10,000.

Is there a minimum company size to embark on Job Redesign projects?
Companies will need to have at least 3 employees with CPF contribution, to be able to embark on Job Redesign projects.
How many job roles can be redesigned?
There is no strict limit on how many job roles can be redesigned within each company.

The number of job roles redesigned in each project differs from company to company, based on your business needs. Speak to our team in a discovery call to explore how Job Redesign can benefit your company, and our experts would recommend if JR is suitable for your company and how many job roles would be appropriate to redesign.
Do I need to send my employees for training during / after the Job Redesign?
It is not mandatory to send your employees for training during or after the Job Redesign.

Employees can adapt to new job roles through On-Job-Training (OJT) conducted by their supervisor or mentor. Alternatively, if you would like to send your employees for training courses to better reskill them, our team would curate suitable training courses for your team based on their redesigned job roles.
