The number of job roles redesigned in each project differs from company to company, based on your business needs. Speak to our team in a discovery call to explore how Job Redesign can benefit your company, and our experts would recommend if JR is suitable for your company and how many job roles would be appropriate to redesign.
Employees can adapt to new job roles through On-Job-Training (OJT) conducted by their supervisor or mentor. Alternatively, if you would like to send your employees for training courses to better reskill them, our team would curate suitable training courses for your team based on their redesigned job roles.
Eligible enterprises can receive up to 50% funding support for job redesign from PSG-JR, capped at $30,000 per eligible enterprise. This funding programme is supported by Workforce Singapore and administered by Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF).
After all necessary documents are prepared, you will be supported to submit your Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG-JR) application on Business Grants Portal. Most companies typically receive approval within 2-3 weeks.
